Our Certified Fitness Instructors are Police Officers with vast experience in all aspects of law enforcement. We know what it takes, and how to prepare you, to be a successful candidate and academy recruit!

What We Do

We are a unique company specifically designed to prepare our clients for a career in police work, including specialized training for success in the hiring and testing process, as well as preparation for the physical and mental rigors of the police academy.

This is not just an exercise-based program like CrossFit. We not only focus on functional fitness, but more importantly we provide mentoring for a successful career in police work.

Our instructors are uniquely qualified to train current and future police officers. We are all police officers with backgrounds and experience in every aspect of law enforcement including: Patrol, Field Training Officers, Detectives, Bicycle Patrol, Undercover Investigations, S.W.A.T., Emergency Response Teams, and Academy Instruction.

The interview and background instruction we provide will give you insight on how to best present yourself to potential employers, including specialized training in verbal and non-verbal presentation skills, material and concepts to know, as well as interview pitfalls to avoid.

Our fitness program is modeled after the California Police Officer Standards and Training (P.O.S.T.) academy fitness program. Our curriculum is designed by one of our Lead Instructors, who is the former fitness coordinator for one of the largest police academies in Southern California. Our group classes are composed of highly motivated, like-minded people, creating an encouraging and high performance environment.

We provide diet plans, body fat testing, running analysis and technique correction for injury prevention, running plans and training for endurance, comprehensive full-body strength training leading to high performance in push-ups and pull-ups tests, as well as instruction on overcoming the dreaded 6-foot wall.

Finally, and most importantly, you will have direct access to real police officers who can answer many of your questions regarding the hiring and testing process and relate extensive experience on what it takes to complete a police academy as well as develop and maintain a successful career as a police officer.

Law enforcement is an exceptionally fulfilling career. Don't waste a year by testing without proper preparation! Don't let your fitness stand in the way of becoming a police officer!

LAW ENFORCEMENT CANDIDATE EVALUATION - $250 (offered throughout the year, call or email for appointment)

Our evaluation will help you determine your suitability for a career in law enforcement.  This process is ideal for those who have previous non selects, background failures, or want to find out if they are even a valid candidate.  This one on one, confidential evaluation will cover all aspects of your background to determine your hiring potential. We created this evaluation in response to the high number of police candidates who unnecessarily waste 1 to 2 years in the hiring process because of unidentified background issues. Often, candidates fail to identify and address deficiencies that make them un-hireable.  Problematic areas include: finances, driving, employment, education/grades, relationships, drug/alcohol use and sexual history. We have found most background issues can be overcome if properly identified and addressed.

We will identify your deficiencies and determine if they can be overcome, and if so, we will design a personalized plan to make you an eligible candidate. We will discuss the most suitable agencies for you based on your background as well your career goals and desires.
